Sorry korang coz its been almost a few months since the last time i updated my blog.. maybe because i've been busy last year and to those ppl who are close to me they know that i've been through a lot of things in my life...

Firstly i was shocked when i got a news that my dad was hospitalized in ramadhan last year due to his sickness...then he had to do an operation because the doctor found out that he has a minor cold blood in his brain.. it was quite a dull raya for us whole family since we have to celebrated it in the hospital with my dad.. but thank to God cause at that time he is getting better...

Then when i came back to KL sumthing bad happened to me.. only Mashi n Ayesha (my 2 besties ever) know about it.. luckly for me to have friends like them.. without both of u i don't know how im supposed to face my life.. both of u really HELP ME A LOT... and i REALLY APPRECIATE it... thank so much.. SAYANG KORANG GILE!!! with the strength and courage that they gave it to me i manage to settle n face my problem...

it was on december when i got back again to penang with my sister...my mum at the time keep calling me saying that my dad is getting better (rase happy sgt) then she also told me dat my dad keep asking about us.. (me n my sis) bile nak balik... diorg tak nak balik ke?? so thats why we went back to penang..besides we thought that we could celebrate raya haji together with the whole family since my dad is already back at home n his getting better... The night we arrived penang.. we went to see him.. he was asleep.. nvm maybe we could have a talk the next morning.. so the next morning me n my sister keep accompany my dad.. the whole day we talked and laughed together.. seriously its been a long time since the last time i saw my dad laugh..i was so happy to see him make jokes n we were laughing at it.. the night before he went to sleep.. he did say something to me.. "nomie, no matter what u are doing right now.. never ever give up and loose hope..daddy is so proud of u right now.. and i know u will be a successful person soon".. i was touch when i heard he said that.. i was like "its ok daddy... i know.. dun worry about me.. u just go to sleep...i promise u that i will make u proud of me one day.." then he went to sleep while my mum is happily cooking rendang ayam to celebrate raya haji the next day.. mummy even said this time our raya will be much better than the last time.. i just smile n went to bed..

around 3 o'clock in the morning, i heard my mum screaming at us.. she said my dad didnt wake up when she called him... but he still breathing.. so we hurried called the ambulance and sent him to the hospital.. when the doc checked, he found out that my dad's brain had a major cold blood and there's nothing they can do.. i sat down and cry.. i cant believe this could happened... around 7 in the morning.. they send my dad back to our house where the minute they pull out the oxigen he passed away silently.. Innalillah..my dad had passed away.. i cant believe it even until today.. there is so much i wanted to do to make him proud of me.. but its too late.. luckly for us.. we have a lot of family members who support us.. not forgetting to all my frens and rizal who always been there for me.. thank u so much... i dunno what to say just thank u...

3 weeks after my dad passed away.. we welcome our new family member.. Abdullah Hussain.. my new nephew.. he was born somewhere in January (sorry lupe gile) and was named after my arwah daddy.. it was quite sad for us because arwah daddy tak sempat nak sambut cucunya ke 5... but its ok.. maybe ada hikmahnye kan... things getting better with my whole family... my sis just had a show in Tg Malim as well as in KL...

and as for me.. to be surprised.. i was named the best student for degree programme in my college.. alhamdulillah.. i was so happy but at the same time mcm sedey sbb my arwah daddy tak sempat nak tgk all of these.. "Daddy.. i dedicated to u this award...without u i dont think i can stand to where i am now..thank you so much daddy"... well moga rohnya dicucuri Rahmat.. amin...~~

~~it is so sad when u are alone in this world without the one person u can be loved by and also be in love with.. the saddest thing is when u finally know someone and believe that he actually can make u happy suddenly betray your trust.. why is it this thing always happened to me.. even though I’ve been through it before still shit happened.. I wonder why? don’t I deserve to get a chance to be in love and to be loved? why is it so hard for me to get the opportunity.. while other people are easy to get what they want but yet they don’t really know how to appreciate it.. sometimes I feel I want to be in their shoes.. to be happy at least once.. but the only things that I got it just pain and heart broken.. even worst the wound that I get wouldn’t heal till now… why people always want to hurt me?? what I’ve done wrong to them that I deserve to be treated this way?? all this question keep playing in my head.. some people even have choices but yet they still pick up the wrong one.. I wish I had a choice but I don’t.. I thought things would be better after what had happened.. but then unfortunate for me.. things are still the same.. GOD have given me strength and I do thank HIM for that.. but still couldn’t resist myself to question and wonder why things have to be this way.. I always tried hard to please people…in return they hurt me badly.. why I have to face all this(dont tell me that it just going to make me feel stronger coz it didnt).. Years after years I always pray that things would at least change and I could at least feel a bit happy with my life.. no I didn’t.. things just getting worst.. people can always say its ok jaja things will get better.. the truth is.. it will never get better.. I do smile.. but nobody really knows what im trying to hide behind my smile.. this is just the confession of my broken heart…just want to share what I feel right now.. I don’t need sympathy from anyone.. it just my expression towards my screw up life..~~

Movie Time!!

It's been super duper bored last saturday so i end up msg my fren (Madi) and asked him whether he will be interested catching up movie with me n my brother... he yes and he drove all the way from Sg Petani to Penang and picked us up and heading up to Gurney Plaza to catch up Hancock!! but sad to us...we have to wait till 11.45 since the earlier ticket had been sold out!!

can u imagine...is it the movie is soo great or people in Penang tend to get bored like me as well..so dats why everybody is end up to be here, in the cinema!!

trust me...i never seen so many people like that infront of the GSC cinema waiting for the theaters to open up and let them in...trust me..i felt like im at pasar mlm or sumthing!! ehehehe....

Well...im going to turn 24 soon!! Its quite scary actually!! going to be 24 and yet here i am.. have nothing to be proud yet..hurm...it's ok..maybe its a long journey for me...I take it as my destiny... maybe He has His plan for me.. an angel like me should learn more before i finally understand why all dis matter happened to me right.. :-)

i was so bored dunno what to post for u guys to read...since i've came back nothing interesting for me to report for u guys...so i came out with this idea...listing down all the movies i've been watched since dis months n last months...

to be surprise its quite a lot!! i mean dis is Jaja ok...u hardly see her watching movies!! well to tell the truth i am a big fan to all new movies!! i am!! i used to catch new movies every month in the cinema with Rizal (cough***)...our venue is GSC, Midvalley...and our favorite menu is Gsc Caramel popcorn with Coke...sumtimes i seludup masuk nuggets that we bought at McD near GSC :-p..

it such a great time...watching movies sambil berebut popcorn with him!! he always said that im kindda choosy when ate the popcorn!! duh its caramel!! of coz i have to be choosy!! heheehhe...

i know i know its been almost a month since the event had been held!! plz dun blame me for the late post...i've been waiting for Miss Mashi to hand me those pictures....and yeay! i got it at last but it just a few pictures of it so thats why i have to called this post A Nite at Port Dickson with Tiesto Part I....eheheheh

The event was held at Port Dickson for 2 amazing days with the best line up u could imagine...but unfortunate for us...Me, Mashi n Ayesha had only time for the second day...but guess wut?? it was totally AWESOME!! i really2 meant it!! Beside partying with my favorite GURLS (Mashi n Aye), we also partying with the new clan..Bayu Clan...grooving with the Tiesto mixing music make all of us wont forget that night ever!! it was one hell out of nite!!! Me n Ayesha sempat2 cuci mate and also groove to Ghetto yaw!!! hahahahaha
i know it sounded funny but it was fun kan Aye!!

Outing with my frens never tend to be bored..in fact we enjoyed every second n minutes of it.. well people today i would like to introduce to everyone out there my new frens that i knew from Wan Da Bomb!! It's been a hard time for me this past few weeks...really2 hard.. i just knew that my f***k up stalker is still somewhere out there stalking me!!! WTF?????? who the hell are u to still stalking me and telling to my parents on my every move???? GOD!! get a life la k... when i think about it... it makes me feel scared to go anywhere...as if i have to disguise myself so that he wont see me.. hurm perhaps i need a WIG!! so that he wont notice me?? is it a gud idea at all?? hahaha i dont think so...

anyway just forget about him...let him do wut ever he wants to...but seriously if u do cross the line this time u gonna get it.. AND I REALLY2 MEANT DAT!!~~ owh yea...last friday and saturday, i felt a bit shitty!!! i dun really know why...i feel like i've been trying so hard not to be the invisible between my lovely 2 frens...Ayesha n Mashi...but i guess i failed!...

Ayesha is the most pretty among 3 us..so of coz i cant compete with her...im not jealous at all...infact im proud to be her best fren(hug n kisses)...same goes to Mashi...she's the funny one and the most stylish among us...but when we go anywhere..everyone just tend to notice them ONLY....its ok... i dun really care about that...but sumtimes i do feel hurt u know...when ppl can say hye to u gurls laughing and everything but when it comes to me..ppl hardly notice im there...is she invisible or what??

and most of this time happened when we went to lofting~~(my fav place ever!! even ppl ignore me)...or maybe we went to other event as well...i have to admit... im the quite one among all of us..but i've try my hard to fix myself and try to be outstanding as u are... but it just so hard....i love u gurls a lot!! really2 do... u've been there when i need u the most....but wut ever happened on last friday nite....it such a shame...i know both of u were having a blast nite since mashi get a kissed from Taq (did i mention im kindda like him)...but its ok he all urs... it seems that we can get anyone we like as long as we were drunk aite...and Ayesha i know u were a bit tipsy thats why i can see u speak so loud about what ever happened in loft while we were in mamak...sorry to say this but Wan Da Bomb n Wan Kembs and me a bit annoying with it...

look..the only reason why i need to change my venue of having a fun last friday is because i dun want to be caught again with my stalker...u gurls know wut he had done to me...so wut ever happened in loft u just should keep it to urself...try not to make it soo blastttttttt till somehow u hurt my feelings...i dun have anyone else besides u gurls...thats why im not really in the mood on the next day... i know it is sooo obvious still i try to hide it...

sorry lately my blog has been a bit skema!! its not like i want it to be that way.. unfortunately it was a part of my assignments.. :-p but now its totally over so lets screw all those skema event and move to the real events!!

by the way.. its been quite a long time i didnt upload any new stories aite?? i will definitely upload some photos about FREEDOM!! yeah baby.. i went to see TIESTO!! it was totally WICKED & AWESOME!!! The best part was that i went there with my lovely best frens, Mashi & Ayesha!! otherwise it wont be that awesome.. :-p

after rest a week suddenly Mashi ajak g Genting.. to X PAX event lak... since that i have nothing to do so why not!! unfortunately Ayesha cant join us coz she had to work that day.. :-( agak sedey la kan..we went there with 2 cars... it was not bad at all!! of coz i was freezing grrrrrRRRrrrr.... then we went to play most of the games at the theme park...(all night long ride maa) why wasted it right... the funny part was when i naik dis corkscrew...OMG seriously muke i ketat gile...hahaha soooo frightened to death!! pastu wan da bomb ajak naik "soleroshot" i dunno how to spell it.. by the way when i look at dis thing been uuuuuuuuuuuppppppppppppp then downnnnn!! i was like hell no!! i dont want to embarrass myself by wee wee once the thing goes down!! its soooo scary man!!

after all the kanak2 riang time ended.. me n mashi went around n around jln2 sambil cuci mate..heheheh we went to see goodnight electric...we saw Abg Blink..sooo stylo i tell u!! hahaha then we went to ghetto room!! shaking our booty for a while...(i know just making fool of ourselves) then only we went back to catch Yoji!! Frankly speaking i do like Yoji but that night im kindda.. erghhh...he should play better set! but overall it was nice and we did have fun!! wuhuu!! all the pictures will be uploaded soon when i finally get it from miss mashitah.. sekian..~~

Muslim women have occupied positions of power for as long as Islam has existed. This ranges from the trading might of the Prophet Muhammad’s first wife, Khatija, to the more formal position of the 12th century Yemeni ruler, Malika Arwa. The Qur’an alludes to women of power from as long ago as the Queen of Sheba. In more recent times, the political leadership of Islamic states such as Pakistan and Bangladesh has drawn heavily on the female half of the population. The exhibition Faith & Power: Women in Islam explores a rich history that has often been overlooked. Examining the lives of these women, and attitudes to them, the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia is also able to provide a physical dimension with artefacts from distant times and places. Jewellery, clothing and the accoutrements of power bring new vigour to the lives of forgotten queens, consorts and wielders of influence from behind the throne.

World Kidney Day is a joint initiative of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and the International Federation of Kidney Foundations (IFKF).

It was launched for the first time in 2006 and it is held the second Thursday of March. On 8 March 2007, World Kidney Day was celebrated in 66 countries. The next World Kidney Day will be 13 March 2008.

The purpose of World Kidney Day is to raise awareness about the importance of our kidneys – an amazing organ that plays a crucial role in keeping us alive and well – and to spread the message that kidney disease is common, harmful and treatable.

The main job of our kidneys (which are roughly the size of two fists and are located deep in our abdomen, beneath our rib cage) is to remove toxins and excess water from our blood. Every day our kidneys filter and clean 200 liters of blood – a quantity that would fill about 200 bottles or 20 buckets! Besides this impressive, daily feat, kidneys also help to control our blood pressure, to produce red blood cells and to keep our bones healthy.

1. What is Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)?

FACT: CKD is present when individuals have an increase in excretion of albumin in the urine or a major decrease in kidney function or glomerular filtration rate (GFR). This may lead to complications such as high blood pressure, anaemia, and heart and blood vessel disease.

2. How common is chronic kidney disease?

FACT: More than 500 million persons worldwide - 10% of the adult population - have some form of kidney damage, and every year millions die prematurely of cardiovascular diseases linked to CKD.

3. What causes chronic kidney disease?

FACT: Globally the most common causes of CKD have been nephrotic or inflammatory diseases of the kidney, infections, obstruction in the urinary tract and inherited disorders like polycystic kidney disease. This is changing in both developed and developing nations towards diabetes and hypertension, which are also the most common causes of cardiovascular disease (CVD).

If our kidneys gradually lose their ability to function, we speak of chronic kidney disease (CKD). It is a “silent” disease and often goes unnoticed because it may not be “felt”. Yet it affects many more people than we would ever imagine: studies of different races living on different continents worldwide have consistently shown that about 1 out of 10 adults has some form of kidney damage.

People with chronic kidney disease are 10 times more likely than healthy individuals to die of heart attacks and strokes. The health of their kidneys may also progressively worsen to the point where the kidneys must be replaced (this is called "end-stage renal disease"). Either patients receive a new, transplanted kidney or they are kept alive with “dialysis” – usually by a machine which cleans their blood about three times a week.

Fortunately, we can detect chronic kidney disease early on, and detection is easy. Simple, routine tests of our urine, blood and blood pressure can show early signs of kidney problems. And the good news is that once we know these problems, we can slow down and even stop chronic kidney disease, by taking medicines and changing some of our living habits.

Early detection and treatment of CKD can not only slow or halt the progression of patients to end-state renal disease, but it can also significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, which are today by far the most common cause of premature deaths worldwide.

It's been almost 3 weeks our cute little sister Sharlinie has not been found yet...it's quite tragic when we think about it....1st Malaysia had been shocked with the news of Nurin's lost...the way she died it so tragic and unacceptable... i can't imagine what kind of human being would do such thing...she just a little kid who knows nothing and still learning about life...unfortunate for her...she had been killed by the most cruel criminal ever!!! really sick people!! anyway... i really2 hope that Sharlinie is still safe somewhere...so as a Malaysian.. we should at least help her family by praying that she will be fine and safe in the good condition...to those sick people.. plz stop abusing little children!!! grow up and live your life like a normal person!!! @#$%^&*(*^%$#@#@@@...~~

Happy Chinese New Year to everyone who celebrate it!!! Gong Xi Fa Chai!! Ang pao lai lai lai :-p anyway, this year happen to be a rat year.. (yerp is my year).. hope it will bring more happiness and kayaness to me.. ngeee :-D... tonight we are having family gath dinner which people always called "makan besar" or "nyam seng" (im not so sure about the spelling)..

anyway its gonna be fun since this the only time we got a chance to see each other, gossiping as well as teasing with each other. This year also i will gain more ang pao since my sweet cousin, Li Li just got married!! its been always a tradition for married couple to give ang pao to those who havent married yet like me :-D...ahaks now i cant wait for Errel to get married..uhuhuhu :-p.. me? whoah cant get married yet...still young and my journey is still far away.. will upload some photo soon.. just wait yea!~~

Quiksilver Revolution 2.0

On 26th January, Saturday.. my friend Izu invited me to go to Sunway Lagoon with him to attend Quiksilver Revolution 2.0 that been held there. I was quite excited seen this is my 1st time i went to such kind of event. It involved surfing and skating sports. Even though im not really into sports, but when i finally arrived there, it was totally AWESOME!!~ I really2 meant it...I guess the number of visitors were more than a thousand...i saw a few familiar faces at there...we have a lot of stars performing their best moves...such as Two-time World Aerial Champion JOSH KERR (Snapper Rocks, Queensland, AUS), Fellow World Aerial surfing Champion RY CRAIKE (Kalbarri, Western Australia, AUS), Professional TROY BROOKS (Bells Beach, Victoria, AUS), from Indonesian WAYAN “BETET” MERTA (Bali) and Peurto Rico’s DYLAN GRAVES.

While skateboarding demonstration is been demonstrated by international skateboarding line-up consisting of Germany’s two-time vert champion SASCHA MULLER (Münster, Germany), Sweden’s JOCKE OLSSON (Malmo), the UK’s PETE KING (London), and Aussies RENTON MILLAR (Melbourne, Victoria, AUS) and TREVOR WARD (Moama, NSW, AUS) performed for two hours in the rampant afternoon humidity; pulling 540 degree spins, stale, lien and method airs, grinds and other super impressive tricks.

We also been entertained by our own local band as well as from other country.. we have ONE BUCK SHOT, which performed somewhere around evening...too bad i missed it... :-( then later at night we have POP SHUVIT who totally rawk the show!!!! u guys were really2 COOL that nite!! then FUTON (rock & roll band) from Thailand who also rawk the stage... and not forgetting DJ's FUZZ, CZA, and UNO who together are The STYLUSTIKS; hip-hop artist JOE FLIZZOW who also helped rock the Sunway Lagoon venue and get the crowds jumpin’...

Overall i did enjoy it even though it was raining heavily that day...but it was worth it! wuhhu!~~
